3 c hickory wood chips
1 orange, sliced
1 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary leaves

1 / 2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2md Celery stalks, chopped (about 1 cup)

3 onions, cut into quarters
5 pounds chicken roasted
Soak wood chips in water for about 30 minutes. Rub cavity of chicken with poultry seasoning and 2 teaspoons of rosemary. Fill cavity with orange slices, celery and onions.
